Services
The Whole Night
Five services, one team, one point of contact. Nothing here is subcontracted to a different company on the day, and every wedding package runs through to 1am.

01 — Wedding DJ & MC
The reception, start to finish — and the announcements that hold it together.
The music is built from your planning form — must-plays, do-not-plays, special dances — and then adjusted live, because a floor tells you what it wants if you are watching it. MC duties come with the Signature and Ultimate packages: introductions, speeches, dance cues, and the small announcements that keep a room moving without anyone noticing they were managed. On the other packages MC service is a $200 add-on, and worth settling early — it shapes the whole timeline.
Included
- Full reception coverage with professional sound
- MC service included on Signature and Ultimate, $200 on other packages
- Must-play and do-not-play lists honoured
- Live reads on the room rather than a locked playlist
- Runs through to 1am; $100 per hour beyond
02 — Ceremony audio
The part of the day where the sound either works or ruins the video.
A separate system at the ceremony site — not the reception rig carried outside. Lapel mic on the officiant, handheld for readings, and processional cues timed to the second so nobody walks in on a fade. For outdoor Niagara ceremonies that means battery-powered speakers and wind-screened mics as standard, because vineyard rows and lakefront lawns rarely have power where you need it.
Included
- Dedicated ceremony system, separate from the reception
- Lapel mic for the officiant, handheld for readings
- Battery power for sites with no service
- Processional and recessional cues rehearsed
03 — Private parties
Birthdays, anniversaries, engagement parties, backyard events.
A full mobile setup scaled to the room, which matters more than it sounds — a rig built for 250 in a space for 80 makes conversation impossible and reads as amateur. Backyard events get a power plan first: DJ rig, caterer and lighting on a single household circuit is how a party goes dark at 9pm.
Included
- System sized to the actual room
- Power draw mapped before the day for home events
- Any size from 40 guests to a full hall
- Quoted individually — get in touch for pricing
04 — Corporate events
Galas, launches, staff parties, awards nights.
Clean, intelligible sound for the parts that are actually business — presentations, awards, speeches from people who are not comfortable on a microphone — and a floor that fills afterwards. Playlists stay on-brand and the volume respects the fact that half the room came to talk to each other.
Included
- Mic support for presenters and awards
- On-brand playlists, agreed in advance
- Speech-intelligible system tuning
- Invoicing and COI for venue and finance requirements
- Quoted individually — get in touch for pricing
05 — Lighting design
Uplighting, dance-floor wash, and monogram projection.
Uplighting colour-matched to your palette rather than approximated, placed to the room’s architecture. Dance-floor lighting that lifts the floor without turning the reception into a nightclub. Monogram projection for initials, a crest or a date, focused on a surface chosen during planning rather than whatever wall is free.
Included
- Colour-matched uplighting, up to 12 fixtures
- Moving wash and effects over the dance floor
- Custom monogram / gobo projection
- Placement planned to the venue, not improvised
